On Tuesday, May 28th, we celebrated the Annual Salad Party for Grades K-2 (our last @Lunch of the school year! 😦 Salad Parties give our students the Taster-tunity (that means Opportunity to Taste) all the foods ready to harvest this Spring! Our amazing volunteers will also be teaching the kids about the health benefits of each of these fantastic foods that we grew! Below are photos of this fun day eating and learning about garden fresh foods! This Spring, we grew tons of leafy greens with all those nutrients for overall health of the body and mind!
